They make fantastic unusual presents which have a good shelf life (they are vacuum packed which will keep them for up to 6 months and then when opened if kept correctly they will last a fair bit longer).

Royal Mail for up to 2kg is £3.95, for over 2kg is £11.00 (all 2nd class with proof of posting and without insurance).
